So I accidentally said one day, "I am going to visit EVERY brewery in Colorado!" The second the words left my mouth I realized what a task I had declared. Discluding brewpubs (not gonna happen - at least intentionally) there are somewhere near 30 micro breweries in Colorado. Aside from being many, some of them are 5-8 hour drive away. But I said those words and I WILL NOT back down.
